Information we collect

• Website contact form: your name and email, plus anything else you choose to give us: company, phone number, the service you're interested in, a budget range and your message.
• Email to inquiry@edersolutions.com: your name, email address and the content of your emails.
• Facebook Messenger: when you message our Facebook Page, Meta shares your name and a Page-specific ID with us. We also receive the messages you send and any details you choose to share in the chat, such as your email, phone number, company or project details.

We do not collect payment information through any of these channels.

How we use your information

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare proposals.
• To keep a record of our conversation so we can follow up.
• To understand, in aggregate, which services people ask about so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Our automated assistant

When you message our Facebook Page, an automated AI assistant (powered by Claude, by Anthropic) answers basic questions about our services and collects the details our team needs to follow up. It then hands the conversation to a person. You can ask to talk to a person at any time. We also use AI to summarize and categorize inquiries for our team.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run these systems, each under its own privacy and security terms:

• Vercel (website and application hosting)
• Supabase (database)
• Anthropic (AI processing of messages)
• Meta Platforms (Facebook Messenger)
• Google (email)
• Telegram (internal notifications to our team)

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Storage and security

We store your information in access-controlled cloud systems with encrypted connections. Our service providers may process it outside the Philippines, for example in Australia, Singapore or the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, and no longer than three years after our last communication, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Data deletion

To have your data deleted, including data from Facebook Messenger:

1. Email inquiry@edersolutions.com from the address you used, with the subject "Delete my data", or
2. Send "Delete my data" to our Facebook Page on Messenger.

We will confirm your request and delete your records within 30 days.
